We can customize and host our ERP for your own needs

For some customers our Hosted ERP might not be flexible enough, due to heavy customization needs. Paladin is still able to fulfill your request and offer you a dedicated package support, tailored to your needs. Furthermore, you can have your own dedicated access link, and only input username and password for your staff. The customization may also include setting up the ERP in your own server, in which case, we tend to use the following structure:

• Perpetual license for at least 1 server (running in more require additional license)
• Source Code is offered to the client in the license (with only limit not to resell)
• Dual language always included in the default license (English and Chinese), with the possibility to add more.
• Our framework is very special, not only the interface is fully multi-lingual, but also the data can be defined as multi-lingual. For instance, multi-language field appear in correct language when the selection is applied, and on printed documents as well.
• Technically we support any kind of Linux installation (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS), although we tend to prefer Ubuntu Server 22.04 64 bits, no GUI; PHP version from 5 to 8.x supported, with guaranteed support for future versions; MySQL open version (MariaDB) is supported.

Some extreme tailored made ERP done in the past:

• Office Automation (OA): management of forms and internal processes to go at most paper free, like expense authorization and audit, travel expenses, office material purchasing and so on. Forms and workflows can be easily added as entire organization chart of the business can be stored into the ERP system.
• After Sales system: complete management of a large call center (more than 1000 calls/day), including interface with digital PBX and interaction with tickets and user; phone call managed by the PC with earphones and microphones; greeting customers by name when they call the second time; extremely powerful reporting interface and statistics for their many KPIs.
• Central Accounting System Reporting: a large corporation with a centralized office, based in China, to collect all accounting information worldwide into a single container, and able to analyze and unify all important KPIs and reports, extracting data from Excel format into DB, then querying and reporting. This system has saved the customer thousands of painstaking manual hours of work, allowing him to concentrate on what's important: the KPIs.
